The Ebel showroom was located on 63rd and Madison on the upper eastside in Manhattan. The building was originally a large residence with a small subterranean restaurant located three steps below the sidewalk. We raised the ground floor level, and removed what was then the parlor level, to create a large retail space with a direct connection to the street. A new mezzanine and stairway were created in the rear of the space. In addition to creating a new exterior facade, the entire exterior of the building was restored. Custom lighting fixtures and furniture were imported from France.
